I am so angry, since I joined I have received nothing but bad service and empty promises. This issue has been going on since November 2012. To cut a long story short, my baby was admitted to hospital, they gave authorization, they were suppose to pay all the bills as I was advised by Nina De Vries. Why I am still receiving bills that they have not paid??? I called their call centre which advised that they will forward this off to the relevant department. I now received an email saying that "I" requested to have the bills paid from my savings, SERIOUSLY? Why would I request that, if it falls part of the hospital bill??? When will this matter be resolved, think I should get the medical aid council involved as its just an endless battle! I pay these people so much money every month yet this is the service I receive!!
