Non payment and no feedback

My father was admitted to Umhlanga hospital as an emergency admission on the 23/07/2012, though the hospital did not fall within the network hospital. I did call to explain the situation and was assured that due to the nature of the admission and the unstable nature of my father's medical condition that prevented him from being transferred to a network hospital that all bills would be paid in full.
However bills have not been paid to this date.
SOME History :
Umhlanga hospital claim that they did contact your fund on the following dates but received no responses as to why the bill was not paid in full.

7/8/12 - Rosco [Email Removed] was contacted and the bill was mailed to him no response
13/8/12- [Email Removed] was emailed no response received
31/8/12- the claim was emailed to client [Email Removed] no response
5/9/12- the first payment was received not in full
5/9/12 -spoke to teamleader ref. no 307335
21/9/12- Ricardo at resomed was contacted ref no: 313552
Colleen van Wyk the collector at Ampath contacted your call centre on 26/10/2012 spoke to Nomakazi
14/01/12 email sent to client services
17/01/12 - call the call center spoke to 3 people
