Poor claim re-processing for PMB claims

An existing PMB client's dates of approval for therapy were amended, upon my request. However, when requesting re-processing of the unpaid claim, it was confirmed on the 15/11/2013 that it was sent for re-processing and would take 2-3 working days. The updated payment run information for the 27/11/2013, as per the Discovery Service provider website, confirms that yet again the claims were not re-processed. Yet again, I the service provider am inconvenienced and will have to once again follow up, wasting more unnecessary time and money due to poor customer service delivery.
