I am due to have surgery tomorrow the 4/03/13. We have been trying to get authorisation for days now. I have nothing but endless battles with Fedhealth. It's never been a battle taking my money every month yet it's a battle getting authorisation. It was a battle when I was on a waiting period and now it's a battle when I'm an active member too. I have been active since the 1st of February 2013. Yet I get an email saying that I'm a new member and this first has to be investigated, seriously? Investigate till after the surgery? I have still not heard anything from them. How am I a new member when I have been with them for 4 months already? I have sent Nina De Vries (authorisation manager) and email asking what the issue is and what needs to be investigated because surely I have not been paying almost 3k per month for this kind of service. I am yet to receive a response from her. Why is it that every time, I have an issue, I always had to complain on here before I get feedback? I think I should get the council of medical aid involved. It's just been an endless drama.
