SHOW NO INTEREST AND COMPASSION

My daughter was admited on the 12/01/13 at Lenmed hospital for ellergy related illnesses. I recieved bills from the medical iad company showing that the actual payments were deducted from my savings and not from the insured benifit witch covers the hospitallisation. I phoned the medical iad company to find out why the it was not paid from the hospital cover, Sisusiso from bankmed told me I was suposse to phone bankmed fro authorization or reception at the hospital. My medical is axhausted because of all the hospital bills that gets paid from my savings and it seems no one wants to take responsability. I was told by the hospital bankemd deducted from the wrong benifit. I have a sick daughter that suffers from accute allergies and i sit with a medical aid with no funds and have the hole year ahead. She was treated in hospital twice 12/01/13 and 16/01/13 and the claims was taken from my saving. How can i phone the medical iad for authorization when i am sitting at the emergency room with a 2 year old that can not even respond. They show no compasion and as long as they deduct my account every month they are ok without asking me authorization first. They disgust and make me sick.
