I worked for Philips for 15yrs i contacted Disvery in Nov 2012, to down grade my existing medical aid to key care plus, i gave all the details no response, i phoned again in dec no joy, then is was told to pay about R5000 cause Philips did not pay which i disagree, i sent all the necessary paperwork as requested from discovery still no response, then when i followed up they wanted more paperwork, sent it thru, no response i went to the bank got my statement only to find out an amt of R3215 taken out i reverse it, cause the amt did not tie up with discovery, they told me main member R680, 2nd adult R680 and under 21 yrs R250, i only got an sms this morning to say my application was suspended cuase they did not receive any payment, i phoned them on Friday the 22nd to advise held on for 25mins then got cut off, my husband is on chronic medication and is a heart patient and needs this everyday, i am a sole supporter and is unemployed and collecting UIF which i informed them and sent all the relevant documentations, i am not sure what else to do, i am getting no joy from this company.
