Discovery never followed up with the broker who came to my house to complete the application for the medical aid, he took my bank statements, copy of my ID etc and the completed application, which I signed. Discovery phoned me and asked to submit my bank statements etc, they only received the application forms, I informed them that the Broker had everything with him. The broker did not answer his phone after I phoned him numerous times to follow up on this matter. Discovery said they would contact the Broker, and I am still waiting for a response.
