I raved about Spec-Savers a year ago and the year before. Not this year. I dont know what has happened.
Took almost 2 weeks of begging and pleading to get my contact. Wrong stock delivered, non-delivery, not packing out stock, etc.
Well, the quality of the contacts has deteriorated significantly as well. In the space of 4 weeks, I have had 4 lenses break in my right eye and 3 in my left eye. IT IS EXTREMELY PAINFUL WHEN THIS HAPPENS!!! Apart from this, my contacts are not lasting like they should, which means I will need to get contacts again sooner than I should.
I want someone from Spec-Savers to contact me and arrange replacement of the faulty lenses! All of them, including the boxes I have not opened! You are welcome to take the old contact lenses. After the 3 break, I started keeping them. This is ridiculous and not of the quality that my medical aid paid for!
