MedXpress - Non-delivery of Chronic medication

On Friday, 10 May 2013 around noon an order for chronic medication was placed on-line.
At 16:25 an SMS was received advising that the medication would be delivered within 48 hours!
An email was sent to Discovery Health on Wednesday, 15 May 2013 enquiring about the delivery - NO RESPONSE TO MY EMAIL!
An SMS was also sent, again enquiring about the delivery - NO RESPONSE TO MY SMS!
Called Discovery MedXpress this morning @ 09:00, spoke to a consultant who asked me to hold on (called from a cellphone) and after 5 minutes of holding on, the call was terminated by me.
Why did she not advise me that she would check with the delivery service and return my call?
Yet no response and have run out of medication. What service!!!
