Shocking service

Visited the store on date 18/01/2013, trying to get someone's attention to fit frames for prescription glasses. Eventually somebody gives us attention only to tell us she cannot really assist us as she is only an admin lady.
After waiting another half an hour for assistance my husband eventually got to choose some frames. I eventually phoned the store dated 14/02/2013 to be told by Shereen that they are in a meeting and she will phone me back after ten, which funny enough did NOT happen i phoned them again after 12 just to be told with extreme attitude that the frames are ready, this is nearly a month later after my medical aid has paid the sum of R3900 weeks ago you would expect some better service and attitude. Please visit a store that is family run and not head office run.
