Spec-Savers have advertised extensively that their July 2013 Winter offer is free frames up to the value of R2000 (Silver sticker). I duly booked for an eye test on Saturday at Spec-Savers Stoneridege. I am told upon arriving that I can only choose from the glasses on the right of the store - which are all the cheap frames, and despite the frames on the left being below R2000 and were sticker colours silver and below, I could not choose from those. The woman who was serving behind the counter, was blunt and left alot to be desired. I walked out - Misleading False advertising - Is that how you roll Specsavers???
I am really disgusted with Spec-Savers.
