Went into spec saver chose frames for two sets of glasses. Staff member took all my details. And would send a quote and date for appointment with in the Day. A week later I went in to check on the progress of my glasses as I travel far distances for work and need the glasses in order to drive and had not received my quote or appointment date. I Walked in to find That the same staff member that had helped me a week earlier did not even know who I was or why I was there .he then told me that they had thrown away my papers and had put the frames back on the shelf they did not know who it was for (which confuses me a bit as I remember clearly and so does my partner that the staff member wrote my details down twice.) my details and the frames went into a zip locked packet. I am still out of glasses and still no help from ANY of the staff.
