While ordering medication online from Medxpress, Discovery took R2003-86 off my account instead of the R65-00 that I accepted on the internet.
When I phoned (twice), to have this corrected, I was informed that it would be done overnight.
It is now 4 days later and still no money. The call centre staff (Lebambo) put the phone down on me after holding for 10 minutes.
I have now spent about 2 hours on my cell phone with Discovery to get this resolved, and all I get is promises.
The quality of service has deteriorated BADLY in the last 3 months. I have never in my 12 years of membership had to spend any time complaining to Discovery, now it seems it is all I do.
