When my spectacle frames broke recently, I saw the Spec Savers Winter Promotion advertising, I went in for the eye test and went about selecting a frame only to find out some frames, in the correct price range, on display were not included in the promotion, not finding anything else I liked I went away disappointed not knowing what to do.
I phoned their head office to dispute the wording of their advert and the exclusion of frames that on display. Merlin in PE was very helpful and arranged that I could choose one from the "excluded" frames which the Branch were then informed to put away.
When I arrived there Kim, with the most amazing friendly helpful attitude (same as before), had put aside an awesome tasteful selection of frames for me to choose from, some I hadn't even seen the first time, which was quite a surprise as I wasn't expecting them to bend over backwards after moaning to their Head Office.
I am so happy with my frames and the well priced package Kim discussed with me.
What could have been a sour experience turned out so well without a fight, a lesson to any business.
