I've been a Spec-savers client for approximately 4 years. Spec-savers optometrist, De Jongh, introduced me to trifocals and they were life-changing :-) Recently, my fairly new frames fell apart and I took them in to be repaired. Without any hesitation and with their usual utmost efficiency, my spectacle frames were replaced and I collected them this morning. I did not even know that my frames were under guarantee and was dreading the cost of replacing them. I would like to give the staff at Spec-savers PE the thumbs up and express my gratitude for always being friendly, professional and highly efficient. Thank you.
