During my sleep I was restless & itchy now & then. At 1:10am I went to the toilet. When I returned to bed, I saw lots of insects crawling on the white linen. They were more concentrated on the pillows. I looked closer & turned the pillows & I realized it was the bedbugs & they have been feeding on me. Terrified, I rushed to the reception in my PJs. when I reported the situation, the white gentleman was calm. He said "Oh! I'm not aware of such, would you like us to move you to another room? " He never bothered to come & investigate at that time. He requested staff member to assist with luggage. There was no sign of sympathy! In the room, I showed the staff & he saw them. They moved me to a smoking room 309, which I really hated, but had to let it slide. It took me long to fall asleep with paranoia & cigarette smell. At 5:40am I went to the toilet. "Surprise"! There is a bath tub instead of a shower. Again in my PJs to the reception, to ask why they didn't have a care to explain that the room was different from 208. I told the lady that I won't soak myself in their tub, after my ordeal. They moved me to room 205, to shower. Was humiliated discomfort from urticarial rash
