I posted a complaint in early January 2013 about a problem which occured in December 2013. I am still trying to get this problem sorted out. They still have not read the email which I sent on the 18/1/2013 because their system hangs and they cant read the email??? I have spoken to numerous call centre staff who are unable to help me, promise to phone back & never do. I have no option to take this matter to the ombudsman & the Council of Medical Aid Schemes.
