Overcharged with bad attitude

I booked 2 deluxe & non-smoking rooms at this hotel for today. On checking in, I settled the bill and breakfast for 3 adults. I helped my family settle into room 1 and went over to my room. It was only when I got to this 2nd room that I realized that the 1st room was a standard room (and not what I paid for). Moreover, it was also a smoking room! When I called reception, I was met with such a bad attitude. The lady who checked me in, informed me that there was nothing she could do because her manager was only coming in the morning and they were fully booked. What upset me the most is that when she was checking me in, she could see the kind of room I booked and paid for on the system and she did not have the decency to highlight this or offer an alternative. If I had not booked 2 rooms, I would be none the wiser! I would have been cheated because I essentially paid extra money for a standard room! On top of this, I had to deal with her bad attitude! I was refunded the extra money and offered a move to another room (surprisingly so as she had CLEARLY told me they were fully booked), but the bad attitude and the fact that I was over charged leaves a bitter taste in my mouth!
