Bad hotel maintenance

I made a booking (thru Protea SA) on behalf of my father, who is a Prokard member (reservation number : 2016176). On arrival at PH Long Beach Lodge, we were told that the hotel was fully booked and our reservation was made in error and told we were 'upgraded' to PH Burning Shore. At Burning Shore, the one room was tiny, had TV antenna cables lying on the outside deck and a leaking toilet. We informed management, who moved us to an alternate room, which looked like staff quarters. This room hardly resembled a hotel room, and even less so in a supposedly 'upgraded' hotel. There was an old curtain separating the room from the bathroom, a shower in the bath, which didn't have a curtain or door, so flooding the bathroom was inevitable. A non-flushing toilet and a loose basin tap, which only had cold water. This room shouldn't be given to customers Think the manager had relatives staying in rooms, but claimed the hotel was fully booked, only moved us to a better room our last night. Breakfast spread, piddly and dismal looking. Funds clearly not spent on maintenance and the standard shocking for what we paid.
