Oom smelt as if there were occupants recently

I stayed at Town Lodge Richards Bay twice this week.

Monday 24/6/2013 room 211

Problems:

The room smelt as if there were occupants recently in the room.

The bed smelt and pillows the same way.

The bathroom smelt of urine.

The shower was semi-blocked.

Thursday 27/6/2013 room 4

Problem:

Shower door would not close

Result. water every where

I did fill the card in both times and hand to reception who seemed disinterested.
