Message fro Vitality "Your required number of gym visits will increase to 36"
My responce "Regarding the bully tactics instructing me to change my original contract from 24 to 36 visits per year by trying to justify the "Health benefit" I want it on record that I totally reject the move! This move is without consultation and is contravening my original contract."
Yes, regular exercise is healthy but to assume that I the ONLY exercise I do is by attending gym is completely incorrect. I also on a weekly basis play two rounds of golf, two matches of tennis at Western Province Club and cycle and walk frequently.
