Hi, I am extremely frustrated and highly disappointed in the lack of interest Resolution Health has shown in updating my bank details. For three weeks now I have been faxing and emailing the change of Bank Details forms, yet every-time I call to find out if it was received I was told that they cannot find it. Eventually last week Friday I was told they had found my forms that I had originally faxed two weeks ago. Yet my bank details still have not been changed. I faxed it to: 086 559 7830 and emailed it to [Email Removed] I have now asked a consultant from Resomed Neels Laas to assist me in finding out what is going on and I am still awaiting his feedback. Very dissapointed in this medical aid to a point of tears because if I cant trust you guys with a simple admin change what is going to happen if or should I or my daughter be admitted to hospital and need hospital authorization. Will Resomed also be unhelpful then.
