I have been on Vitality since 2007, and have always had a points carry-over from the previous year. This year I noticed no points carrying over, and sent an email to Vitality. I received a response with all sorts of blurb about how the carry-over had been discontinued (how on earth can you make such a major change to Vitality conditions without informing people?), but one can get more points by managing nutrition, and going to doctors to manage conditions. This is ridiculous. What about prevention, instead of just managing existing conditions? I get most of my points from exercise and gym visits, but there is a cap on this, which means I am at max points in about June. If you are going to remove carry over points, how about removing the cap on exercise points so that we at least have a chance to make up the deficit? I am NOT impressed with Discovery!!
