Hi, firstly I'd like to say that the consultant that helped me was very good and was obviously tied by vitality rules and regulations - this is no reflection on Salome but Vitality as a business. I have been with vitality for a while now but there are too many benefits to actually control but the one I do control is the gym benefit as I am on the ''good'' rate and do follow the gym visits required etc.. The issue I have is that due to injury I have been signed off gym until end of July ''lucky for me I have the cover to get me through with regards to gym visits''. Now, just imagine I didn't and from the conversation I had with your consultant yesterday there is no hold, freeze or pause clause - means that regardless of any injury I would still have to go swipe my card just to keep my vitality active. What a negative move by vitality. You are meant to promote health not promote risk. I am so dissapointed with Vitality/Discovery. Its a pity we are a ''R'' sign now, no longer important customers - what a negative impact!
