It has been 6days that I have been promised my refund, Lucy & Mashups have been promising a refund will be done the following day since Wednesday 06 Feb 2013. Then they keep telling me it's with the accounts department, accounts department claims they have only just received my documents which was around 15: 15pm day of 11th Feb 2013. Why it's taking soon long to refund me, beats me... worse part is they always promise to keep me updated with the progress but no I keep having to call them. Lucy even raised her voice at me. This whole is totally unacceptable...
