I sent through a refund letter last year end on the 14th of November 2012 to the UNISA Johannesburg Campus in hard copy. A refund i was told, takes 21 working days, therfore, i was supposed to have recieved my refund mid-December. Its the beginning of March 2013 now and still nothing. I called through to the main accounts department in Pretoria and no one ever answers the phone, this I did on several occasssions. Its totally unacceptable and I am really fed up now.
