No service and bad attitude

Good day,

I have a refund of R250 outstanding from your collection and recoveries department after i settled the account on the 17th of April.

No one has been helpfull as they debited mu account after i had settled it. This is not a money issue as this is a small amount but rather a no service problem.

I had rude service from Lucy Pelser and the manger in Charlotte Schesser who made excuses for their department being swomped with work, that has nothing to do with me and they should employ more staff if thats the case.

We are now sitting on the 22nd of May and 3 day to a month when nothing has been done for my refund. I get excuses that admin is processing everytime i call MFC which is ridiculous.

Only one person anwers phone in that specific department, I was only able to get through to Khensani but the others are never there except the last Friday when i spoke to Lucy and Charlotte and was given an attitude by the two.

They don't respect their customers. I am appauled by this and really disapointed with the treatment.
