I reported [URL Removed] last week for not giving me my promised refund. since then i was contacted by a team member promising me my refund and my promised voucher within 24-48 hrs... i have heard all this a few times from calling their customer support: they have recently changed systems and my refund is stuck on the old system. after more than 48 hrs i still haven't received my refund, but i have got my voucher. the refund was first requested almost a month ago and counting. at this rate i keep being promised my refund within 24-48hrs but nothing happens. i just need it back on my kalahari account, net the bank account i paid with. whats taking so long?!
