A year or so Ago I had a loan with Capitec, unfortunately my contract was terminated and I couldn't pay anymore.late last year I called ver-tex to find out my settlement figure and how to get a paid up letter once done and I spoke to Katleho. Katleho and his team leader (can't remember her name) promised that once the money reflects on their side they will send me a paid up letter. Katlego then called me and informed me that they owe me a refund. I need to fax to lucy my bank statement, certified copy of I'd to lucy then they will deposit the refund. Till today I have faxed twice to lucy and I haven't got my refund.when I call and ask to speak to a male Katleho, I hold on for 10-15 minute till I hung up. I payed in October and faxed in November and december. A refund doesn't take that long.
