I bought a holiday on the 24 November for Aloe Ridge hotel that was advertised by Groupon, I deposited the money direct into the Nedbank account, the next day I called Groupon to verify if have they received my payment, Natalie (supervisor 021 201-7114, she indicated that yes the money is in but because I used the incorrect telephone number I won't be able to receive the vouchers, but they will refund me.
Since I have been battling to get my refund, Every time I called groupon I speak to different supervisors, the last person was Maurisia ( [Email Removed] who also promised me that I will receive my refund within next 3-5 working days.
I am so frustrated every time I have to send my banking details and the to say the refund never went through and they cant give me the reason.
Can you kindly assist (Lucy Mazibuko) I wish we can expose Groupon SA.so people can be aware of the service they providing see all the mails below
