I made an on-line booking at City Lodge Pinelands. When I checked out, the website gave an error message and I was billed twice! I still have not received any reference numbers via e-mail or sms. It took me to phone the Hotel to give me the reference numbers. 137071 was confirmed as the correct booking and 137070 cancelled... The worst part of it all, is I have to wait 7 working days before mymoney gets refunded! I don't have R1900 lying around! How am I going to eat for the rest of the week? It was clearly a mistake on City Lodge part, why should take the suffering? I do not want my money now, I NEED it NOW!!! Big difference!!
