UNACCEPTABLE SERVICE

Adt Security is going to refund me an amount of R856.91 as per my conversation with Bianca on 11 Febuary 2013 which according to her would take 2-3 working days, it's 27 February 2013 and still no refund. Many e-mails unanswered and she just does not get back to me after taking it up with their accounts dept. Getting tired of the lack of urgency and service. Eventually I get a reply 21 Feb from Bianca to now say it would take a further 1 - 2 weeks for a refund of my money. I find this totally unacceptable as this money was paid over 7 Feb and confirmation of refund was 11 Feb, I do not see why it is that I have to wait up till a month for my money.
