Selection of DSP that does not comply and care

I am a member of Bankmed medical aid. We are forced to take medication from a supplier of chronic medication that is selected by the scheme which is Pharmacy Direct. I have chronic condition i cannot afford to take my medication and skip more than 5 days due to the delay by the DSP selected by my medical aid. If I do not call pharmacy direct and request my medication they do not deliver. Because of that this puts a risk on my health. Since November 2012 I have to call them and beg them for my delivery of my chronic medication. How does one comply with the doctor's prescription and fight deseases when medical aid use suppliers such as pharmacy direct that dont care when we dont have an option to walk to the pharmacy and get medication on time? My doctor sends them a six month prescription and they have to deliver every month until prescription expired then another scripty is sent to them. I am really tired of not complying to my chronic meds as mnthis can cause a relapse on my health. Why dont they add a walk in pharmacy to assist us when such happens.
