Non delivery of chronic medication

I completed application for my daughters Chronic medication at the advise of Bonitas Medical Scheme.

Application done in July and not a single item received as at 16 October.

Service is pathetic and so is the staff.

Surely delivery of chronic medication should be see in a serious light.

I will go back to collecting meds from the pharmacy.
