I would like to complain to Bonitas about Pharmacy Direct. These people claim for the medication at the right time at the medical aid but the medication is never delivered on time. Every month I have to call or send e-mails to Pharmacy direct for my child's medication to be delivered. Its either they give you a tracking no that you already took the medication for and you look like a fool at the post office. My child was admitted in hospital because she was not taking her medication correctly, THANKS TO PHARMACY DIRECT. Every month the medication gets finished and it takes Pharmacy Direct two weeks to deliver the medication. Really now BOnitas!!! I'm sure i'm not the only client to complain about Pharmacy Direct. You need to take care of your clients health especially when it comes to thoses who are on chronic medication. At 1 point I had to buy the medication my self and Bonitas sent me to and back before refunding me. I'm really not happy about this and I hope BOnitas will allow us to buy our medication at Dischem or Clicks.
