PHARMACY DIRECT DID NOT DELIVER MY MEDICATION

Good day
Kindly assist I have a chronic condition and I receive my medication from Pharmacy direct.
I sent the new script to the service provider on the 1st of November 2013 for chronic medication and up until now I haven't received my medication. I have tried several attempts to get them to deliver my medication, at the moment I haven't taken my medication for 8 days. On Friday they made a delivery to my house but the medication I requested for was not included. My entire body is swollen, I have terrible headaches and my blood pressure is high. Today I called spoke several people but the last person I spoke to was Condrad Duploy whom I asked to put me through to the managed this man kept me on hold for about 30 minutes trying to get hold of his manager Zanele is the name I was given who was on the phone the entire 30 minutes so they promised that she will call me as soon as she is done, well I'm still waiting
A lot can go wrong if I don't get my meds and they seem not to get the urgency of the problem. This situation is very frustrating and what make me angry is that it is happening for the second time. 8 days without medication is too much. Please help
