We use Pharmacy Direct for the delivery of our chronic medication as it is contracted to medscheme under Bonitas to make the necessary deliveries. The service that PHARMACY DIRECT offers to their customers is terrible. I submitted a new script for the year 2013 but Pharmacy direct has been delivering medication from the prevoius script together with the medication from the new script and claiming excubitent amounts from our medical aid for all these meds. They refuse to come and collect the wrong medication they have been delivering for two months because they don't want to refund us the funds they have been claiming.
I warn everyone there, that they must make sure what is being claimed for by Pharmacy Direct. It is very sad that MEDSCHEME is willing to be associated with such a company of.
