I am writting this report on behalf of my father who is POLMED member. He is a chronic patient and receives his medication via post. Several times I had to contact Pharmacy Direct to ask them to send my father's medication; the reason is that he cant go on a day without his medication. Some time in November his condition deteriorated because he did not have his medicines. Last week I contacted them again requesting them to send his medication. Yesterday (Tuesday 15 January 2013) he received his medication but not all of them. I hope you understand that his life depends on his medication. Do you really care of the patients? Is is possible that he can get his medication at the local pharmacy?
