On 31/01/13 I had a procedure done at a day clinic. Discovery confirmed that it would be paid from Hospital benefit. They then deducted the R 3496.50 from my MSA. I contacted them and they admitted that there was a system error and that the money would be refunded to my MSA. To date, after numerous calls, this has not been done. How long does it take Discovery to fix their mistake? Just credit my account as I have asked!! Nobody even bothers to phone me to let me know what is going on. With such a huge company one would have thought that they would have enough competent staff.
