Verbally abused by Discovery Financial Advise

I have been trying to activate Vitality on my medical aid.
I gave all the information to my Discovery-appointed adviser about requesting different accounts to be debited, but there has been an admin bungle between him and Discovery with the debits not coming off the right accounts.
My initial request was to debit the medical aid fee off the original account and vitality off another. I requested that this be sorted.
He then calls me and begins to call Discovery 'complete and that are absolutely incompetent' reiterating that there is nothing he can do and I just have to wait, which I tell him is not good enough.
He then begins to scream at me saying that he will not be blamed for this and that it's happened to him before and it will not happen again.
Eventually I said to him that he has no right to speak to me like he is. I have done nothing to deserve it.
After more screaming from his side he concludes with the fact that the debit order is set and no one can cancel it and who cares if R155 extra goes off that account
I am disgusted that Discovery is affiliated with this kind of behaviour and would like to be contacted and ensured that this will be resolved.
