Good day, my wife recently received a mailed letter, stating that if she does not make payment for an outstanding amount owed to Discovery they will list her with the national credit bureau, as she "has not made any effort to make a payment plan, or answer calls."
Well Discovery, I can without any hesitation, say to you that my wife made a payment plan with Discovery, and we have stuck to this payment plan for the the last three months, and this you can follow up on your "recorded calls", and now with regards to the accusing her of no payment, and listing her with the credit bureau, we will seek advice from the these three mean: Consumer protection board, legal advice (defamation of character), and the ombudsman.
I demand her name be removed form this list within 24 hours, as she is not at fault, a formal apology from the CEO of Discovery, and some sort of incentive for damages caused to her name due to Discovery's poor administration.
I expect a response within the next hour.
