MEDIHELP NECESSE SCREWS WITH CLIENTS AGAIN

My son is on his dad's medical aid. We went to the GP to get a specialist referral as per their ridiculous rules on the 21st of January 2014. The doctor completed the form and I forwarded it to authorisations for the following day being the 22nd. Three hours later I called to find out if they've received my fax. Yes they did but cannot authorise because the doctor's code was incorrect and no appointment was made with the specialist (Dr said they weren't allowed to do it anymore). So I made the appointment and got the necessary ICD10 codes. Today, the 23rd I called again with all the information requested and yet authorisation for my son was denied again! Why? Because none of the codes I had at hand was correct and the Authorisations Department didn't know which codes to use as it recently changed and no-one knows what should be used. NOW I ASK YOU WHAT THE AM I SUPPOSED TO DO WITH A TRAUMATISED CHILD THAT NEEDS IMMEDIATE ASSISTANCE. WHOSE BEHIND SHOULD I LICK TO GET WHAT I NEED TO HELP MY SON?!?!?!?!?!
