I would like to warn everyone about Liberty medical aid. They do not process the accounts properly and do not pay out what you have benefit for.
I had my baby on 1 January, and now I am struggling to get all my accounts paid, first day of the year and already they eject hospital accounts claiming limits have been reached, even though they have not, they reject accounts claiming I have no benefit, yet according to my option I have benefit. When I query an account that was rejected and want to know why, I just get an automated response that the account was already processed and it was rejected, nothing else. I am on the 2nd highjest option they have. You can only regsiter a new born baby after birth as you need the hospital letter or birthj certificate, but they reject accounts because the baby isn't registered yet? How pathetic!!! And they never get back to you when you want to sort it out.
