Confusion over test

I arranged for a Specialist visit through my medical aid, I was given permission with an authorisation code that is valid for 10 days after visiting the specialist (for bloodtest, x-rays ect). The specialist sent me for bloddtest, which I went for the next day. 5 tests were requested. When I spoke to Lancet to find out about the results, they said that only 2 tests were done seeing as the medical aid were only going to pay for the 2. When I called Medihelp Necesse they assured me that all the tests would be covered. And that they haven't even received the invoice yet. When I spoke to Lancet again this morning, they confirmed that Medihelp siad they were only going to pay for the 2 tests and that was all that was tested. Please help me to sort this out, because I am being tranfered from the one uninformed person to the next. And I only have 3 days left before the authorisation code expires.
