I recently changed jobs and contacted the call centre to advise of that and that I will be paying for my medical aid directly from my company as they was taking over it. I then see a debit order go out from my account of where there was insufficient funds. I notifieddiscovery of this change and also my new employer as well. I have been incurred with bank charges due to the incompetent staff that could have advised me of a debit order. I received a letter stating that my policy is still active but this did not happen once ithappened within the last 2 months that I have received the bank charges. I would like someone to revert back to me asap as to the incompetent staff your'll have working there or I will be moving Liberty Health as my company can also assist with me moving over.
