Discovery medical aid cant get it right

I changed jobs. Moved from job A (Discovery health Classic Comprehensive) 31 Dec 2013 to Job B on Jan 1 2014 (Discovery health Classic Comprehensive) the same medical plan and policy. I contact the medical aid in November to sort this out and was advised that No forms were needed and that the transitions was simple. In Jan I get a termination of policy email after 3 weeks of Discovery inquiring about my "new Application". Now they claim my HR needs to supply a "code" to reinstate me. They are not willing to accept that my company policy is the ONLY one by that name in Africa. I am now stuck without cover for myself or my ill mother who is my dependent with a severe heart condition. Although a call center "manager" said that Discovery health would carry any costs incurred as this was their fault I have nothing in writing! I have emailed the directors at discovery and was forwarded a survey. is this the service one gets from paying R6500pm for medical cover that is phantom?
