I changed my bank details from a savings account to a cheque account on 11/1/13 in order for my debit order to go off on the 1/2/13, I also obtained a reference number for this call as proof. The call centre staff did not change my details and as a result the debit order bounced. Not only did they suspend my account they also refuse to pay my bank charges. I have phoned them everyday since Monday, they admitted fault, and I was told that the debit order would run again on Wednesday which still has not taken place. I definitely do not recommend this medical aid as their service is terrible. I think it is time I change Medical Aids!!
