Medical aid Suspended due to Discovery bad service

I recently changed banks and notified Discovery Health about the change and completed the relevant forms and provided the relevant proof of my new banking details to enable them to ensure that the debit order would be deducted from the correct account, I received an acknowledgement that the details had been changed and that from 01/02/2013 the debit would be drawn off my new account. Well the debit order date went past and no deduction, 30 minutes on the phone to discovery on Monday and I was given all kinds of reasons why this change had not worked, I was called back a couple of hours later was told that all have been corrected and the debit order would go off that evening at 24:00, well that did not happen, I was out of town on Tuesday and called discovery on Wednesday only to be informed that my membership had been suspended for non payment, basically in plain English I no longer have a medical aid because discovery Health is incompetent and cannot actually follow their own procedures.
