I had to get a stomach operation done on the 16th January 2014, I had authorization from them the previous week on the 16th they phoned me and said that the authorization has been cancelled and I will have to pay on my own for the operation!! I have never in my life dealt with a more useless company than spectramed, they want your money every month but when they need to pay they have endless stories and never pay out!
