I would like to express my extreme displeasure in the way that Spectramed has handled my account ultimately leading to me being contacted by a debt collector to inform me about a supposed debt that I owe to you.
On the 16th of January 2014 I received an SMS regarding a debt that has never been brought to my attention until at that point and subsequently being threatened about a listing on credit bureau.

Firstly, at all given times Spectramed has had my contact details and at no point during this 2 year period have I been contacted telephonically or otherwise to be informed about what I supposedly owe to Spectramed.

Spectramed has failed to contact me in 2 years even though it has my details and this debt collector found me easily without having to trace me. I take exception to the malicious manner in which Spectramed has gone about in "collecting" this debt from me. I lodged complaint on 17 January 2014, I was told I would be contacted and to date I have heard nothing. Instead I have a debt collector harassing me about payment today and still nothing from Spectramed.

I will certainly challenge Spectramed should a listing be made on my name due to your incompetency.
